Welcome to SnappyShare ("Service"), operated by Photos By Snappy, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using this Service you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By registering you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration, including your real first name, middle name, and last name, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful and morally appropriate purposes. The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content of any kind.
  • Content depicting, promoting, or encouraging violence, abuse, or harm to any person or animal.
  • Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats directed at any individual or group.
  • Content promoting illegal activities including (but not limited to) drug abuse, weapons trafficking, or fraud.
  • Content that exploits, endangers, or depicts minors in any inappropriate manner.
  • Impersonation of another person or misrepresentation of your identity.
  • Spam, phishing, or distribution of malware.
  • Any other immoral, offensive, or objectionable content as determined at the sole discretion of the Company.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these rules without prior notice.

4. Events & Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of all photos and videos they upload. By uploading content to an event, you grant SnappyShare a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and deliver that content to other approved event participants.

Event owners are responsible for the content shared within their events and must act promptly to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. Free & Paid Plans

The Service offers a free tier (1 event per month, up to 25 participants) and a paid plan ($3.99/month, up to 31 events, 10 GB storage).

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

6. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We may (but are not obligated to) review content uploaded to the Service at any time. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that content violates these Terms, applicable law, or community standards, we may:

  • Remove or disable the offending content;
  • Suspend or terminate the responsible account;
  • Report the activity to law enforcement authorities if required.
7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Photos By Snappy, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Photos By Snappy, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
